At Fletcher & Blackwood, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy described below.
Return Conditions In order to make a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request may only be submitted once the product has been physically received.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but they must not have been worn.
- Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variations in order to return part of the order are not permitted.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
Return Process To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Submit a return request by contacting us at info@fletcherblackwood.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request has been approved, you will receive the return address from our logistics partner.
- The item must be returned at your own expense, including any international or customs shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and confirmed shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability & Order Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when placing an order.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was entered during the checkout process, responsibility lies with the customer.
- Address corrections must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
